Judith Noordam

Judith Noordam operates the back office of Florida Living in the Netherlands. She is director of the network and marketing operations. Judith was born in the Caribbean where she spent her childhood. Raised in the Netherlands she studied Clinical Chemistry and worked as a Clinical Research Associate in the Medical and Pharmaceutical industry. After operating as a Caribbean real estate agent she joined Florida Living. Judith knows Florida well from her childhood onwards. She is mainly in contact with Dutch clients and Florida Living's partner network in the Netherlands and in Florida. She speaks Dutch, English and Spanish.

Erik Noordam

Erik Noordam is a licensed Realtor® in Florida, a Certified International Property Specialist® and owner of Noordam Management B.V. He is associated with two well known real estate companies active in real estate brokerage, appraising, insurance  and property management in the Netherlands and in Florida. As such he is member of Florida Realtors® (FAR), the Amsterdam Real Estate Brokers'Association (MVA), the local chapter of NVM, and FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. He is also an international member of the National Association of Realtors® . Daily he deals with national and foreign real estate investors with varying investment property portfolio's.

After his study of Marketing at the HES Amsterdam with International Management as a major he studied Financial Control (post-graduate),  Commercial Property Management (post-graduate) and Real Estate Asset Management at the University of Amsterdam (Amsterdam School of Real Estate). He lived in the United States, Kenya, and Ecuador and travelled to more than 40 countries. He speaks Dutch, English, German and Spanish.

Peter Leerdam

Peter is a licensed Realtor® in Florida and vice president at Real Estate Direct Orange,Inc in Orlando, Florida. Real Estate Direct is an experienced national and international real estate investment, development, land management, and brokerage company and was founded in 1979 by Peter's father Mr A.C. Leerdam. Peter is a member of Florida Realtors® (FAR), and the National Association of Realtors®. He studied Business at Florida State University and operates as qualified broker and partner in Florida. Peter deals mainly with professional real estate investors. And yes, he likes to fish.
